After making payment kindly take print/screenshot of your registration receipt.

Registration form

1. Papers beyond 6 pages are subject to page surcharges @ INR 2360/USD 59 (Indian/foreign authors) per page in addition to the registration fee. In any case, the total number of pages per paper should not exceed 8 pages.

2. At least one author for an accepted paper is compulsory to register and present the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.

3. In case of Student Author, he/she is required to upload a valid proof of being a student during the registration process.

4. In the case of IAPR or IEEE members, valid proof is required to upload during the registration process.

5. Onsite registration will be available on the days of the conference December 10-11, 2023, starting from 8:30 A.M. at the conference venue.

6. The registration fee includes 18% GST.

7. Please note that cancellation of registrations will not be entertained. No refunds will be provided.

8. Registration Fee covers conference kit, access to all the technical sessions, keynote speeches, tutorials, tea with snacks, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and social events on conference days.

9. Registration fee does not include accommodation charges. Details of accommodation charges will be posted on the conference website in due course of time.
